Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TodoMonkey ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Business Angels Web Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and owner of TodoMonkey.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use TodoMonkey on your personal iOS device(s) for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license is for a one-time purchase. You pay once and may use the App indefinitely on devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

Ownership

TodoMonkey, including all intellectual property rights, is and will remain the exclusive property of Business Angels Web Co. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

Your todos and data created within the App belong to you. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. TodoMonkey does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. All your todos are stored locally on your device only.

No Warranty

TodoMonkey is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Angels Web Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code in the App
• Any errors or omissions in the App
• Loss of data stored in the App

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Data Backup

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. TodoMonkey stores all data locally on your device. We strongly recommend using iOS device backups (iCloud or iTunes) to protect your todos.

We are not responsible for any data loss, including but not limited to loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, iOS updates, or device replacement.

Updates and Modifications

We may update TodoMonkey from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be provided through the Apple App Store.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

Third-Party Services

TodoMonkey does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or external platforms. The App operates entirely offline and independently.

However, the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, which is governed by Apple's terms and conditions.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Business Angels Web Co. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Business Angels Web Co. regarding the use of TodoMonkey and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Apple App Store Terms

In addition to these Terms, your use of TodoMonkey is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Business Angels Web Co., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for TodoMonkey or its content.
