• Appointment bookings - Date, time, and doctor information for appointments you create
• Doctor availability data - Retrieved from our public API for display purposes

Important: This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

• Doctor Data API: We retrieve doctor availability information from a public API endpoint: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/suyogshiftcare/jsontest/main/available.json

This API does not collect or store any personal information about you.

6. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage
• Data is sandboxed and encrypted by iOS/Android operating systems
• No cloud backup or synchronization
• No server-side storage
• Data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app

7. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete all data: Uninstall the app to remove all stored information
• No account required: Use the app without creating an account or providing personal information
• Cancel bookings: Delete individual appointments at any time within the app

8. Children's Privacy

Docya does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. The app does not require any personal information and is safe for all ages to use.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by:

• Posting the new policy in the app (if applicable)

Docya does not use any analytics, tracking, or crash reporting services in the current version. We do not monitor your usage or collect any behavioral data.

Docya can be used anywhere in the world. Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers or cross-border data processing concerns.

12. Legal Basis for Processing

Since Docya does not collect or process personal data, no legal basis for data processing is required. The app functions entirely on your device without transmitting data to external servers.
